:GOT MY CRUISE DOCS! DOING THE CRAZY DANCE!

CONFESSIONS OF A SHOPOHOLIC.....I bought way too much clothes and I've packed 2 suitcases and they are full! I haven't even packed the FE gifts and my sundries....OMG....I have to stop!! So will I wear everything....ummmm....probably...LOL!

So Saturday Wendy and I are enjoying a few margaritas and having our family bon voyage party....like we need to sike ourselves out for this trip....LOL. As old as we are....we are more giddy than our kids are for this trip...LOL.

of course, sitting in front of the computer last night while Sue yelled at me wasn't getting anything done.
I'm going to be a tornado this weekend and get everyone packed!
I've made about a thousand lists...now I just have to read them and get moving!

2 days til our bon voyage party! Can't wait to see the kids when they get their goodies!

Keep your eyes on the sky when you are at WDW before the cruise....shuttle launched delayed...

I just read that the shuttle was going to launch this week and they delayed it until sometime after Feb 19th. They will decide on 2/12 when it will launch.

For those of us headed to WDW before our cruise- we could see it.

I saw a launch from Tommorrowland...it went right over Space Mountain. Very cool.

Feeling a little under the weather... I'm doing my student teaching in the kindergarten classes here in our town and I can't tell you how many times I've been coughed/sneezed/spit on. I hope I can shake it before the trip!

Two weeks for me until I head to WDW before the cruise. I really need to get some cruise related things done this weekend!!!! I have so much to do, I need a list of the lists I need to make!!!

Those 4-day navigators are now posted on DIS and are very easy to read.

Reading them really gets me in the mood for the cruise. I bet I will have them practically memorized before the weekend is out!

DCL is showing rooms open for our cruise again in cat 4, 5, 8 and 11.

It would be so neat to see the shuttle launch. One time when we were waiting to sail from PC, there was a small rocket that was launched and it was really cool to see. Hoping the weather is good for a shuttle launch and for our cruise!!!!

$2200!!!

That is just absurd!

You would think that DCL would greatly reduce these staterooms to try to fill them up quickly.

This just boggles my mind!

Just a few suggestions to keep the mood going:

Read the cruise line booklet
Pop in the cruise DVD....again
Print out the newly posted Navigators and check them out! SOOOO much fun stuff to do!
Play that Disney music CD...just one more time!

Let me tell you...this economy SUCKS! We are in a bind ourselves. Dh has been laid off since August (he has been working freelance) and my company just filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
BUT...this could be our last hurrah for quite a while, so we MUST make the best of it!
Enjoy EVERY minute of every day!

Keep your head up! Chin above water!

I am sad to say that even though we (DW, DD's 8 and turning 3 on the cruise) have had this cruise booked for almost a year,have just discovered this 12 days before departing for our vacation. We will be at the Poly 18-22 Feb and then on to the Wonder on the 22nd. This will be my 4th cruise DW 3rd cruise and DD's first cruise but we all come with pleanty of Disne experience.
