Just make sure your....cough medicine
isn't opened. Like if your in your cabin, and you get a hankerin' for a ....cough medicine and coke for instance, you don't want to open it. If you open...your cough medicine you can't take it off the ship.

Okay...now I'm not sure you weren't really talking about cough medicine or not
I believe...(I've been wrong before) that you can transport medications etc in your luggage open or not...if it is another duty free liquid of sorts...unopen in luggage...........

Cruise documents....
Okay, you may or may not have noticed...I have never mentioned receiving my cruise documents....the reason for that is that I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CRUISE DOCUMENTS!!
I promised myself I would let it go until Monday...there was nothing I could do over the weekend....My not so helpful TA said Monday at the latest...so I am being fair....
But let me just say now that I feel my anxiety level rising....and I need you all to be prepared for tomorrow afternoon...
If my documents are not here when I get home from work, I very well may blow a gasket!
So as my cruise family, I need to you all to be prepared to pick up my pieces...
Okay...'nuff said!!

Really, they are not necessary if you registered online. Just show up with your id & credit card! Just to prove that you are over 21 and can pay for your Martinis!

You can buy whatever you forgot, or borrow from some of the overpackers on this thread!

OK,HEAD COUNT!!! How many 4 year old daughters are cruising?! Sounds like we have a bunch of them, and all equally feisty and strong-willed! My DD4 will be thrilled to have so many friends on board!

We have two daughters who are 4 years old (twins of course). We have late seating so they'll like to meet other chickadees at the OC.

Now DW is bundled in bed tonight with nausea and the chills. I hope this passes because we fly out on Tuesday evening! Both us parents have meetings that day and the kids have school so no one has the travel day off. We have to be 100% packed tomorrow!

See above comment on Hockey Moms. If those documents are not there after work today, someone should get a warning to Jackie's (or TJ's--I can't keep up) TA. Be afraid, be very afraid.

MESSAGE TO TA: For your own personal well being I would get the documents delivered today!!

Hope you all are doing well. Couldn't sleep. My trip anxiety comes from all the things I need to get done at work before leaving. I am out two days already for a conference and we leave Friday early afternoon. Got up early to finalize an appeal I need to file today and found out that the file did not get transferred to my new computer--will have to wait until I get to the office anyway. Once I am up, I'm up.

Jackie, how did the second game go on Sunday. My daughter's team lost on Saturday (they had been on a bit of a roll but came back to earth!!!) My son's team won both. In his game they won 3-1. The 1 was scored with a player from the other team laying on top of my son in the crease when the puck went in--guess they don't understand goaltender interference. Opposing player in the crease before the puck; basically tackles the goalie and makes no effort to move and the puck goes in. A win is a win but it would have been nice to have the shut out since he deserved it. Oh well.

I posted a family pic a few pages back but here are my two favorite hockey pictures so far from this season.

If you look just to the left of his mask you will find the puck. A mom on our team who take pictures for the team caught the puck right at the moment of impact!! The dangler is pushed aside. The puck ultimately heads to the corner. Opposing player is on a breakaway so you don't see anyone else from our team.

The other is of the two of us. When he is "on" it is best to just leave him alone--no coach talk needed there. Here is my coaching in one of those instances.

[Period ends and goalie skates by the bench to the other end of the ice]
ME: Nice job out there.
HIM: yep.

Now that's coaching!!!

Sorry to be boring you all with the hockey pics but since my work idea got foiled and I can't go back to sleep I guess I am just rambling.

See you all soon. Since some of our group is, I believe, going out a few days early I will take this time to wish everyone a safe and uneventful trip to the port. See you all at the Mickey Statue!!!

Thanks on the pictures. As I posted probably some 30 pages ago, my only responsibility is getting us to the airport and to the port. My DW gets to deal with the anxiety of everything else. Oh ya, one more responsibility--just keep repeating "Ya honey, that would be great" when asked about what to pack or wear on different nights.

I have to pay some attention, however, who knows what I could be agreeing to!!!

you sound just like my husband.. his responsibilities include, paying and going.. he drives i point.. he walks, i lead.. he never knows what it is going on at vacation time.. just the dates.. so he schedules his work around it.. he says i'm real good at spending the money.. but, also i'm a great shopper.. i love the planning phase of it all.. and he enjoys my efforts..

The Icehawks lost the game Sunday 5-2....it wasn't pretty! Neither weekend game were league games...so it really doesn't matta!

Mom2grace...I didn't realize I didn't have to have them! I feel better!
