We are deciding whether or not to fax a room request to Pop Century a few days before our arrival. Just wondering how many people still do this? I saw on the passporter website that they suggest you call ahead instead of faxing. Has anyone done this? We usually fax a request and have had great success with that, just curious to see what others have done lately. Thanks for the help!

Some resorts are no longer allowing faxed requests. I'm not sure of PC's policy, but check on it first.

I have never faxed a request and, in fact, this last time when we stayed at the Yacht Club, we just had the following noted on our reservation:

Nonsmoking, Rooms close to each other (we had a total of 3 rooms), Garden view lake side (basically a standard room with a slightly nicer view).

When we arrived, we were upgraded to lake view room and all our rooms were right next to each other. So, I'm a firm believer that you will get what you pay for and maybe more just by making your requests on the reservation.

Disneyolic is right, the now policy is to make sure you have made all your requests when booking the Ressie. It will be coded and that is what the resort will be lookng for when blocking rooms.

Contact ChipNDale, he is a CM at PC.
