Faxing room request to resort

Does anyone know if you can still do this? We'll be checking into SSR Friday and my mom will be with us. I know for her sake we will need to be close to a bus stop and I'd like to be close to the main pool area as well since the kids will be with us as well.

BTW: I've already requested this with MS but I thought it couldn't hurt to follow up with a fax maybe?

I think that they do not take them anymore. Was this your first request with MS? You have probably done everything that you can.

DVC resorts do not accept any requests except those made with Member Services.

Yes, I just requested a N/S, close to bus stop, in the Springs section being closest to main pool with MS. We've stayed at SSR 4 or 5 times before and have always been put in the Paddock section with the exception of the time when Congress park was the only section open .

I guess I'll just wait until check in and see what they can do for us at the time.
