Fax numbers/addresses

Thank you all for everything that I've learned!

If you know this as well--I would appreciate the names, addresses and fax numbers of the director of reservations, the Universal Orlando CEO and the top manager of the Hard Rock Hotel. I have some "helpful hints" regarding their reservation system.

If I do manage to get this sorted out and get there--all your advice will be all the more appreciated!
