Favorite WDW Resort Hotel Lounge?

So this is a topic I have a fair bit of experience with at WDW. I'm a fan of cooling off and just relaxing around the WDW resort hotel lounges after a busy day at the parks. There are plenty of great options and a suprising amount of variety. Hard to hone in on just one favorite however, Trader Sams (@poly) or Crews Cup (@Yatch Club) never disappoint. Curious to see what the DiS peeps find to be their favorite and why.

My favorite is Poly's CL in Hawaii building. It's not the resort lounge your taking about but it's the only one I remember. (POR I don't remember and CBR does it even have one?)

For whatever reason I adore Misner's Lounge in the Grand Floridian and I'm not really a Grand Floridian Fan. It's a must-do for all of our trips though. That and Tambu Lounge at the Poly, which is convenient because you can get a drink to go and walk from one to the other. Abracadabar on the Boardwalk has been wedging it's way into my tiny black heart too because they don't do the typical resort-wide drink menu and they have a good selection of drinks that aren't super sweet.

Other than the ones you mention, we love Victoria Falls at AKL. I think because AKL is far enough away and not on the monorail line, we've gotten a seat every time we've been there - even on busy holidays. My other favorite is Outer Rim Lounge, but I don't have a good reason as it is nothing special. I think because I love the Contemporary so much - but really it is just a regular hotel bar.

Hard to top the CL at Polynesian, the view of course and it's proximity to Dole Whip. I love River Roost at Riverside, they should change the name to the Yehaa Bob Lounge :-)

Love getting a Russian Martini at Mizner's while listening to the classic Grand Floridian Society Orchestra, plus the oddly pleasing smelling lobby.

I agree! Outer Rim has a unique Tomorrowland vibe, I used to get a great drink there called the Space Monkey, which is sadly not longer available.

My aunt and uncle got bumped up to CL from standard! It was great. They had MK view with a patio that went right to the beach. It was so relaxing

Looking forward to this thread, but haven't been to many... yet.

WL - Territory Lounge was nice
GF - liked Citrico's better than Mizner's

Oooh never been to Citrico's bar, guess I should check that one off the list next week!

Technically a restaurant... Mizners was overcrowded so we headed to Citrico's for a drink and ended up getting a small cheese plate.

Victoria Falls Lounge at AKL
Sanaa bar at Kidani Village
Top of The World Lounge at BLT

These are some of the most relaxing places in the World to us!

What used to be the Ale and Compass Lounge at YC was our favorite. We'll see how we like it after the remodel scheduled to end this fall/winter.

I used to love Outer Rim at Contemporary, and also Tambu Lounge at Poly. They can tend to be overcrowded, though, by people waiting on dinner reservations and not even drinking, which is annoying!

My favorite is probably The Wave at Contemporary, especially if you go in the afternoon. It's dark and cool and relaxing, and they have great drinks. We usually go there for a midday break from the MK and it's never crowded or loud.

The only problem with The Wave is there is not a good view. But I know what you mean about all the people at Outer Rim.

I love Wave and Territory lounge but as a local I've found it more and more troublesome to self park at either Contemporary or Wilderness. The security at the entry insists that I have a dining reservation to enter. I guess I understand the potential issue with people parking at those resorts heading to MK to avoid the TTC however it has kept me away lately. Anyone else experiencing this?
