In each of the four major parks, where have you taken your very best photos? I know the castle and characters are the most obvious, but what other photo ops have you found to be really great?

There is a great spot in MK. It is on the left as you go down main st., half way down you will see a flower cart with a bench in front. We always get our picture taken there!

in Animal Kingdom take the train ride over and walk through the animal research area. as you walk through there is a 3 d wall with all kinds of animals and the pictures turn out so wonderful. I wish I had taken more in that area.

I was disappointed to realize that this lst trip, we hadn't made a point of taking pictures in front of our favorite rides. We did on our first trip and the scrapbook is much more personal than having the clip from the maps and stuff.

so be sure to take pictures in front of any memorable rides with thumbs up or down. dont forget to get the kids faces watching parades and shows. get loads of pictures of the memories, not just the sites.

One that we seem to always get a picture of is the kids in front of the snowman near the Christmas shop in MGM. I dont know why, but we always find ourselves there.
And of course I have to get my traditional picture of me and DSs on Dumbo.

We just got this great shot of my 4 year old dd at the Main St. Railroad. We were upstairs looking down Main St towards the castle. We had her pose for a couple, but then she turned around and was just looking towards the castle and the shot is just awesome of her from behind with Main St. and the castle in the background.

We got terrific shots in front of the topiaries and have shots of the kids looking like they're holding up the Epcot "ball". That requires some angle shots.

I love the little nooks anc crannies off Main St. also. I have a shot of my 2 oldest kids in 1990 at the same place on Main St, the one with the bench and flowers!

We also just got a really nice shot in AK when you're on the road from Africa to Asia there is a little path on the right and you can really see the backside of the tree of life. It's kind of secluded and the tree came out nice and clear behind dh and dd.

In Epcot, we always take pictures of our children in front of the trolls inside the store in the Norway Pavilion. We are able to see how much they grow with each visit.

These are great! Keep 'em coming!

In MK there is a lovely little rose garden to the right of the castle near the Tomorrowland bridge. There is usually no one down there.

Our three favorite picture spots are...

1. Epcot on the bridge between UK and France

2. Epcot, as you walk in with Spaceship Earth as a backdrop

3. Magic Kingdom, just as you enter Liberty Square, there is a small bridge that gives great backdrops of the castle

As a matter of fact I took a picture besides this Troll about three weeks ago! Nice spot.

I like to take pictures in the various shops in the theme parks, the resorts and Downtown Disney. Some of the displays are amazing. The entire Downtown Disney area has great places for pictures!

At the Pangani Forest Trail - when DS was about 5, he stood in front of the picture of the gorilla, where they show you the arm span, etc. DS posed just like the picture! Now we take a shot of him there on each trip.

We also always have one of the park photographers take a family picture coming over the bridge into AK, with the Tree of Life in the background. Since I'm a ride chicken, this is one of the few times I'm in the shot!!!!!

1. Outside the Mexico pavillion, on the the side entrance, going up the walkway.

2. At the end of a day at the Magic Kingdom, when everyone is going home, my family gets pictures in front of the castle, it's great.

Every trip we take a picture of the kids (19 & 16 now) trying to pull the sword out of the stone in front of the carousel at MK. It's funny to see how they change from year to year!

There are several other photo ops but that always seems to be the BIG one for us!

I like to get a picture of dd with dh riding Dumbo. I took a picture of this the first time we were there and do it everytime. It is neat to see how she changes ea yr. She is 6 and in 2 days we head down for her 4th trip.

During our April trip, we discovered a fun photo spot tucked away in the back of Exposition Hall at the Magic Kingdom. There are four different Disney movie scenes with "cut-outs" for you to put yourself in the picture. The four scenes were from Steamboat Willie, Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, 101 Dalmations and Toy Story. I also enjoy taking pictures of the different colors of the castle at night. I found a good spot for this is on the walkway to the Plaza Pavilion.

on the back side of the Contemporary, Years ago when my children were small, our family started a tradition of taking pictures of us all in front and on the Mickey Mouse Ears. We had it enlarged and framed. It is awesome.
The Ears have changed a little over the years, as my family has. We have pictures of all of our grandchildren sitting on the ears each year when we take one of them and now that the whole family children and grand children are going, This is a must.
