OMG! I loved this place when I was 8 too!We also use to have a place in Baltimore called York Steakhouse. I don't know if it was a chain or not, but they had the best chicken and rolls. Well at least to an 8 year old kid they did!

I miss Chi-Chis, and also Casa Lupita (Ohio)
The Longhorn was the best!

OMG! I loved this place when I was 8 too!Ours was in the mall and you would walk in down this long dark hallway before you got to the cafeteria part. Thinking back, it was kind of creepy. But I loved getting my own tray and walking down the line and putting food on the tray. It was so cool!
Today, I wouldn't be caught dead there.

Anyone remember
Sir Georges royal buffet
Sambos(that was our breakfast spot).
Ferrells!!!
Arthur Treachers and Shakey's pizza. Now that's a blast from the past. I also really liked Chi Chi's
Also, the original A&W Rootbeer drive-in's

My one stint as a waitress was at a Longhorn steakhouse...I still remember what we had to chant for people's birthdays..
"Fried chicken, country hog, it's your birthday, hot dog!!!" Talk about humiliating!![]()
I don't even remember if they were good or not, but when my mother would get her tax refund we would go to Penderosa or Bonanza...You want cafeteria style, ordered your food and got a number to put on your table, then they brought the food.
