I miss Fuddruckers.....alot of them closed down, but you can still find one every now and then. Love their fixings bar and onion rings!!
I miss Pizzaria Uno's!!! Pretty much everywhere else around has NY style pizza, and while I love that, I also liked getting the occassional Chicago style from Uno's.
Farrell'sRemember the big drum they would pound for your birthday?
Roy Rogers
Ponderosa- the food wasn't that good but it was cheap and dessert was included!
I remember a restaurant that I used to go to in my teen years called Po' Folks. Boy did they have the best chicken, and the atmosphere was so fun. Anybody remember this one?? Anyone?? Or am I just crazy?? (Don't answer that!!)![]()

Fudruckers and Uno's are still going strong here in New England.
I miss Mr. Steak, Howard Johnson's and Arthur Treachers. Just thinking about the clams at HoJo's is making me hungry!

Was that at Westview Mall? That's the one we would always eat at.
You beat me to it!
I miss Zaberer's in North Wildwood/Anglesea, NJ

I remember both of these. Jade Fountain was the very first Chinese buffet I ever ate at. It's not like they were all over the place back then. Also the Oriental Luau in Old Tappan had a good Chinese buffet.in the mid 70s in union city, new jersey, there was a restaurant called "bottom of the barrel" (the best open steak sandwiches!) - still have the old menu....
also in the mid 70s in paramus, new jersey (on route 17) was a restaurant called "jade fountain" (all you can eat chinese buffet tuesday thru thursday for $12.99!!)
