I just saw Peter Pan, the musical version with Mary Martin. I used to watch this movie all the time as a kid, we had it on VHS. I used to jump on my bed pretending to fly to Neverland. And I would always clap to get Tink back to life. I happened to come across the movie, and I still love it. But I know there are many different versions of Peter Pan out there, or movies based on Peter Pan, from the Disney cartoon to the musical version, to the one that came out in 2003. Then you have all those other movies like Hook, Return to Neverland, Finding Neverland, etc.

So out of curiousity, which is your favorite "Peter Pan" movie? I would make a poll, but I have no clue how many versions are out there, so just reply if you want.

Nobody beats Mary, IMO. The songs are fabulous, and she really captured the essence of Peter Pan.

I am a huge Pan fan, I have to say I think HOOK is the most entertaining one, but the original Diney Peter Pan will always be my "favorite"!

I have to say...this one is by far my favorite....

Jason Isaacs as Captain Hook.......Yummy!

Kathy Rigby is playing Peter Pan on stage in Branson Missouri. I hear she is really cute and pretty good at it. Didn't get to see her when we were there early August. if she is still there when we return for spring break I'll get tickets for us to see it.

Broadway productions of Peter Pan - :thumbsup2

I saw Cathy Rigby a number of years ago do Peter Pan and she was good. However, I saw Sandy Duncan perform Peter Pan before Cathy Rigby and she ws outstanding!

I, too, remember seeing Mary Martin's Peter Pan on television when I was a child and loved it.

I like Ridley's and Dave's version the best. (I'm almost done with the first book.) :cool1:

Molly and Peter 4ever!!!

I third the Jason Issacs' version of Peter Pan. Him as Hook? Amazingness.

But I do love the Broadway musical too. Cathy Rigby is great as Peter.

The Mary Martin one was so good but I haven't seen it in many years. I'm very happy with the Disney version. Mr Smee is one of my favorite Disney sidekicks:tink:

Ooh yes the Universal 2003 edition is awesome! It really got me into the story of Peter Pan better than the Disney movie ever did. After seeing the 2003 one, I read the book which is also amazing. It really touched me and was one of the most meaningful books I read as a teenager.
