Favorite - Not taking my wallet out of my pocket when I check out after a great stay at WDW.

Least Favorite - Paying my annual dues around Christmastime.

Least Favorite - Paying my annual dues around Christmastime.

Those would be my top 2 as well........

Favorite - watching my kids thoroughly enjoy the DVC atmosphere of larger rooms and BWV location.

Least Favorite - Actually getting my kids out of the room at time. We have yet to make the early EMH at any park.

O.K. those two stink.....

Favorite- Having the knowledge that the biggest portion of my vacation is already paid for.

Least- Having to leave my nice DVC room and go home.

Favorite: Being able to visit WDW 2-3 times a year :goodvibes

Least: The decor in the villas :sad1:

Favorite: Having a place to stay for our annual conference w/out having to pay conference rates.

EDITED to change my Least Favorite. New least favorite: 2 unit-type limit on waitlists. I can understand, perhaps, limiting waitlist to two different date ranges -- but I should be allowed to say, "1BR any WDW location."
Original Least favorite: Banking/Borrowing rules.

Favorite: Enjoying time with my family in the parks for years and years to come (we just bought this year)

Least: Not buying into DVC years ago.

Favorite- It encourages us to go more than once a year with discounts for AP-TIW and such.

Least- Last night I was looking at our tickets, trying to figure out if there was a way to use them before our next scheduled trip in June.

Favorite - The size of the 2 bdrm villas with laundry and kitchen
Least - Trying to find good airfare after my dates are already set. We used to wait until we found a great deal on airfare and then book the room.

Fave: Being able to stay in Deluxe on-site accomodations, that we wouldn't otherwise be able to stay in, and doing it at least 3 times a year!

Least Fave: Availability of rooms without booking nearly a year in advance.

Favorite : jacuzzi tubs, washer/dryer, king size bed, full kitchen

Least : wishing I had more points to enjoy the above favorites!

Favorite:Have the ability to take family and friends, that could otherwise afford to stay on site at an upscale resort.

Least:Not having more points so we can invite more people more often.

Favorite: My son loves telling my husband "welcome home."

Least: The ridiculous vans with "have you heard the best kept secret?" .. My husband always comments that the secret is that the "dirty rat takes all of his money!" ha ha

BA HA HA HA HA....

My DS (7 years old) said... "stop spreading the secret...or everyone will want to join..."

PRO: same as everyone else!

CON: when the DVC resort is packed with non-DVC people who #1 don't pay dues and they trash the place - (pool towels in the hot tub, trash thrown about, vandalism) #2 when they get free dining (which we are not even eligible for a DISCOUNT) and the line at the DVC resort restaurant is out the door.

Favorite-being able to relax more because we know that if we miss something, we'll do it "next time". There's no longer that frantic "gotta do it all" feeling
Least favorite-there seems to be a wider variety of room quality than in regular Disney hotel rooms-bad/good views, lots more HA rooms, far from/close to elevator.

Favorite thing... has been that our family took soo many wonderful vacations that we never would have otherwise.

Least favorite... I guess that we haven't taken as many other trips as we would like to have (National Parks mainly, but also Europe).

Both considered... I think we are happy with the results so far. However, we are now focusing on the latter.

As you get older you realize time is short. Very short.
