I do not believe it will be a character meal or ADR situation.

It is being reported (we'll see) that the tables will be removed and it will just be an indoor "dance party" style event with Jessie and friends.

Like @HopperFan mentioned, I don't think they will be doing crafts while serving dinner. That's how Disney describes it, too - "join Jessie, Woody, and friends for some energetic fun at Jessie’s Roundup, where you’ll craft, dance, and yodel your hearts out in this western revue." Not likely going to be used as overflow for Liberty Tree and serve food. I'll never say never, but I don't think it's a character dining experience, just a cute indoor air conditioned location for kids to burn off energy.

I bet there may be a small snack/beverage menu, counter service, but that's it. Isn't that how it used to be?

That could happen! But no ADR's! I do think at one time they did serve snacks or something.

YEARS ago it was sandwiches, bags of chips and drinks I think. But during parties when they have characters and dancing, I don't recall any food options. I'm thinking they just want to provide a fun character experience this summer - out of the heat for the kids and characters.
