FastPass+ For Cast Members?

If you link her MDX to your MDX account, your open FP booking window becomes her booking window, too. The only thing is, one of you would have to be included in the FP grouping for the day she is using her Guest Passes for you.

The CM can include an onsite guest in the FP group, remove them when the Warning pops up, and then complete the FP booking using your open booking window.

Sorry still so confused. Do you mean that one of us would have to already have paid admission for the day and then the guest passes can be added to the fp reservation more than 7 days out? So that in our case, since we only have guest passes for this particular day, we would only get the 7 day window, even though we have a WDW room reservation that includes the guest pass day?

If the CM is on your room reservation, FPs can be booked 60 days out for the MainGate and Guest Passes.

For that “Guest Pass” day, you can book for it now by having the CM book and include you in the group, then immediately remove you from the group when the MDX Warning pops up. The CM can then continue booking the FPs.

Thanks for the clarification. So in this case because the cm is not staying in the room, we are limited to the 7 day booking?

I’ve written the directions twice for opening your 60-day window for the CM. If the CM doesn’t understand them then yes, it will only be the 7 day Window.

hiroMYhero - This explains what I accidentally did! We are staying on property in April. My friends are CM's and have been linked to my account for awhile. When my window opened, I booked FOP for my DH and I. I then tried to add them to FOP and to my surprise it worked. I was concerned that I did something "wrong", glad to know I'm not.
Once again thanks for the useful info!

Hi, I'm a new CM and I'm planning a trip with my husband & daughter. My Main Gate card say I can admit 3 people. Do they get in with me just using my card or do I need to print guest passes? TIA

Along with your Main Gate card, you should have received a minimum of three cards that say "Guest Pass". That's what they'll use if you're getting them in.

The back of my Main Gate card just says, "May admit up to 3 guests." I was only sent one card.

I would suggest going to the Complimentary Admissions module on The Hub, looking up the phone number for Cast Admissions, and giving them a call. You should have received three Guest Pass cards along with your Main Entrance Pass, unless they're sending them out at a later date now - I was hired part-time about three years ago and received them all at once.

I've been a cast member for awhile but don't often go to WDW. I have a question regarding the main entrance pass. What do cast members do when they have fast passes booked on their main entrance pass but then a certain park has a block out date? This July I'm going to WDW but I'm worried that Hollywood studios will be blocked out because of Toy Story land. Any tips or advice will be appreciated!

If your self-admit pass is blocked out, then don't get to use your fastpasses

In the past, the system wouldn't allow you book a fastpass at all for a blocked out park. In December though there were several blockout days that I was able to book fastpasses for but not able to enter (I tried on a day that had no reason to be blocked, but I wasn't allowed in)

Blockouts will be posted online long before your booking window opens so plan around that

I know September's blsckout dates aren't up yet, but does anyone know the typical blackout dates in September? Trying to plan a trip in September, and I was just curious if there's a big blackout time period for that month.
