I recently read that after receiving a fastpass for TOT, there is only a wait time of 1 hour before going for a second fastpass. Also that there are no wait times after fastpasses for Haunted Mansion and Jungle Cruise. Is this information correct? Any other tips and tricks would be appreciated! THANKS!!!

I don't think you will need or get a FP for HM. We were there in June and it was very very busy. MK got extended hours almost every day with second spectro & wishes added each night and HM FP machines were covered our entire stay. HM was never more than 20 min wait though. I had read here also about the HM machine possibly being taken out I think in the future.

I thought it was two hours before you could get a fastpass for another attraction OR after your fastpass time expired, whichever came first. I thought it was universal for all the FP attractions. :confused3

A MAXIMUM of two hours (& five minutes) since getting your last fastpass OR after your fastpass time ARRIVES, whichever comes first. May vary (be less) somewhat unpredictably for different attractions depending on how busy they are, or be less for all attractions during less busy times.

Exception: If you succeed in getting a second fastpass and it matures sooner than the first, (or it is for Lights, Motors whose fastpasses can be gotten about 10 minutes before or after another fastpass even if contrary to the time printed) that will not hasten the time you can get a third fastpass.

Not sure how reliable I'd consider a source that says this before their fastpass descriptions:

"The descriptions below appear to be the way the newest system works but we are not absolutely sure we are correct."

This is what allearsnet.com has to say about it:

"If the FASTPASS says 1:00 - 2:00 can I get a second FASTPASS at 2:01?
It used to be that you could not get a second FASTPASS until your "window" opened on your first FP. There seems to be some flexibility with this now and you can often obtain a second FP shortly after you receive your first. In fact, most FASTPASSES state when you may obtain another FASTPASS."

Skeptical about what you read? Give it a try your way. We won't badger you to reveal the secrets you discover even if you are absolutely sure you are correct.

Hmm...defensive much? I'd go by what I read on allearsnet faster than someone's unknown AOL website, but that's just personal preference. In any event, it's not worth arguing over as the OP's question was reasonably answered.

I've heard rumors that some FastPass machines are not connected to the rest of the FastPass machines in a given park (although it's been a while, so I couldn't say which or even if it's still true). If it IS true, it's potentially possible to get a FastPass for Walt Disney World Railroad (using this as an extreme example since we all KNOW there's no FP for this attraction) at hte FrontierLand location then immediately get a FastPass for Splash Mountain with no wait.

The FP will tell you exactly when you can get your next FP. :flower:
::yes::
The time that you can get your next one is printed on the Fastpass.
