If we have a split stay (2 resort reservations) for 11 days, under the same DME account, we will get two sets of bands. we are not going to the parks until the second part of the stay with the 2nd set of magicbands. when the 60 days hits for the start of the stay will we be able to make fastpass+ for the second part? I should say the the tickets are linked to the magic bands on the second reservation. I was originally thinking of keeping the 2 trips separate as not to confuse the bands. Now it gets complicated. Currently that 2nd reservation is under a different DME account. If I invite my wife with her own DME account who is invited to the DME account with the 1st reservation will it play out that it will link all the magicbands so I can make the fastpass+ for the whole stay or am I out of luck and have to wait for the 60 days for the second part of the stay. Sometimes reading the boards can make things extra complicated. Sorry this is so complicated. I wish they would have left things alone and stayed with the regular fastpass.

I think you will have to wait until the sixty days out with the reservation with the tix linked. In Feb I dad a similar issue and ended up changing my reservation to just one so I could use the fast pass.

In the future, if you connect the tix to the first reservation you will be good for the number of days on the tix

I believe I turned this thing into a hot mess and screwed myself out of 5 days advance ticket making. luckily we are going into October and hopefully we will not have any issues getting what we want.

Seriously, there's no reason to worry. You constantly read about people staying up until midnight to make their FP+ reservations, but it's absolutely unnecessary. I ended up shifting some of our days around about 3 weeks out and had no problem getting what we wanted when we wanted. Crowd levels for our trip were 8's and 9's.
