Hi Guys!
We have a complicated December plan that I would like advice on....
We would like to use the AM EMH at Hollywood Studios to ride Tower of Terror from 8:00-9:00 am. Then we would like to ride Disney transportation to Epcot where we plan to spend the majority of the day until around 3:30, when we plan to use Disney transportation to MK to go to the VMCP.
Does anyone know how to make this happen? We have never been able to use park hopper passes to do such a day.
TIA!!!

Thank you all!! I am unfamiliar with HS to Epcot walk. What ride//attraction is closest that I should look for to walk to Epcot?

I don't understand the question. The International Gateway entrance to Epcot is between the UK and France pavilions, if that's what you're asking.

I don't quite understand either. Are you looking for a landmark in Epcot that you can use to guide you out of DHS and on the walk to Epcot? If that's what you mean, I don't think there really is one. I don't think the sight-lines work for this. But I haven't made that walk in a while so someone might be able to correct me.

Your going to do a lot of walking already with 3 parks, I personally would want the rest. Theres some distance between those parks. Also leaving HS that early and your not looking at crowds for the bus or boat to epcot so there should be no delays because you need to wait for a second one. Walking probably would save you a few minutes depending on your pace but it depends where you want to end up in epcot. If you want to start at the front of the park, I would take the bus from DHS. If you want to start in the back by UK and France, then I would take the boat. Walking is still an option to get to the back but the path goes right past the epcot bus so you can decide as you start your walk if you should get on the bus or not.

Now for MK, it depends on where you are ending your day at epcot. Leaving out the international gateway in the back and getting the bus from boardwalk to beach club resort will be faster than getting to the monorail at the front of the park if your already back there. I would go with boardwalk personally and plan my day so I'm leaving from the back and end up next to the exit. Those resort buses will go direct to MK where monorail or bus if the monorail is down drops you at the TTC and then you have to change to another monorail or ferry. Of course if you want to include a monorail ride in your trip, epcot to mk is a great time to do it. I've bused to epcot just to take the monorail back to MK and have a monorail ride.

Thank you all! I was looking for a familiar landmark in HS to guide me to Epcot. We have never visited Epcot before.

It may take a little longer, but it's a fairly pleasant ride to take the Friendship boat to EPCOT. And it sounds like that would be the least stressful way for you.
For the boat dock, as you leave DHS through the normal exit, you veer left to the boat dock instead of straight/right to busses and trams.

What part of EP are you planning on touring first? If you are leaving DHS at 9 am, I would actually recommend taking the bus from DHS to EP. The bus will take you to the front entrance of EP and the Future World entrance. Since Future World opens at 9 am, I think going to this entrance would make the most sense for you (unless you are planning on going to Frozen Ever After first. In that case, I would walk or take the Friendship Boat to the International Gateway entrance). If your EP morning touring plans are mostly in Future World, take the bus OR take a cab or uber if the bus is taking too long.

From EP to MK, take the monorail. Make sure to transer to the MK monorail at TTC.

You can walk, boat or bus. I usually find walking to be fastest, but will greatly depend on your walking speed.

You leave DHS, and walk towards the non WDW resort buses - basically walk out the exit, go straight ahead until you hit the fence, then go right following the fence (going left takes you to the boat). This will do two things. 1) Brings you right to the DHS - Epcot bus 2) Takes you right to the pathway to Epcot. If you take the bus, it will take you to the front of Epcot, so depending on where in Epcot you are going, and if the bus is arriving or not it may or may not be faster. Once you get on the pathway, you really can't get terribly lost. It will bring you to the backside of Boardwalk, and you can then just go past Boardwalk and keep on walking, and you will run smack into the backside of Epcot at the International Gateway. Even if you take a wrong turn and do the long way by the Swolphin/BC YC, you still end up at Epcot, it's just slightly longer.

Look at Robo's map, it's really not that hard to get from DHS to Epcot.

If you want to go from DHS to Epcot at ~9 am, the best transportation would be to use the Disney bus that leaves from DHS and goes direct to the front of Epcot. We frequently take this bus to Epcot. Walking or boating from DHS will put you at the back of Epcot (World Showcase) and WS does not open until 11 am and you will need to continue walking to the front of Epcot. So I'm guessing you would rather take transportation to the front of Epcot at 9 am.

The bus runs about every 20 minutes plus a 10 minute ride. The boats run about every 20 minutes plus a 25 minute ride plus a 10 minute walk to the front of Epcot. Walking from DHS to the front of Epcot is about 40 to 45 minutes.

From memory, I think the Epcot bus stop is #23, 24, or 25 ??? (MK, AK, and Epcot bus stops are all next to each other). To get to the bus stop exit DHS and walk towards the lagoon (past the topiary). Take the path that will go around the lagoon on the right side (left side path goes to the boat launch). As you approach the parking lot area (with the lagoon immediately on your left), the Epcot bus stop will be directly in front of you. Look for the small sign.

To get from Epcot to MK at 3:30 pm, take the monorail from the front of Epcot to the TTC and then take a boat or monorail to MK.

Add another vote for taking a mini break and catch the boat outside the sorcerer Mickey bushes and take it to Epcot (it comes in the world Showcase). Then you can take the monorail to the transportation center and transfer to the Magic Kingdom.

However, there may be a little faster way: From Epcot, if you can catch a bus to either MK or even BayLake/Contemporary. Then walk, it's about a 5 minute walk to MK from there. Enjoy...

There is no regular bus service from Epcot to MK.

Also, I'm not sure how the "resort bus sharing" works from Epcot.
It is possible that the Contemporary bus from Epcot will stop at another resort before the Contemporary.

I wanted the break so I took the boat from DHS to the Beach Club and then took the short walkway to the International Gateway (back entrance) to Epcot. Still got a bit of time off my feet since the boat stopped at the Swan/Dolphin dock and then the Yacht/Beach Club dock.
Getting off at that one saved time since it was heading to the Boardwalk Dock and then finally going to Epcot.

From Epcot to MK - I just took the Monorail - switching from the Epcot Monorail to MK Monorail at the TTC or if the monorail to MK isn't running you could take the ferry at the TTC.

Or you could just get a taxi from parking lot of Epcot (taxi area is near the resort buses) to the Contemporary (I usually tell them I'm grabbing food at the Contemporary so that's what they tell the guard at the gate just in case they aren't letting people who don't have reservations in that day) and then walk from the Contemporary to MK. It's a short walk (takes me about 10 minutes).

It all sounds confusing but it's really not so bad once you do it.

Can anyone confirm that this bus still runs?

It's normal park to park transportation.
OK thanks. Is there a definitive list of "normal park to park transportation?" From past experience, I've learned never to assume there is a bus between any two destinations.
