Fast pass +

I have a trip planned for November and tonight on MyDisney Experience for the Fast Pass, it says that I can make Fast Pass reservations starting September 10 at 7 am. I was on the phone with Disney changing the number of days of park passes and asked about it and she said was unaware of why that would be showing up. I checked again and it was still there.

We haven’t seen it either and we are 44 days out.

We're 75 days out and I have yet to see the fastpass option either

I have a trip in 57 days and have been on the website many times today to try to change my resort reservation (no luck, nothing new opening up). On two occasions I had the FP+ button as others have described, saying I could make them now. When I clicked it, nothing happened - just spinning.

FP+ button just showed up for me - the date for selections is exactly 60 days out from my trip! I really hope it's coming back!!!

I have been checking the website regularly looking for the fastpass button to appear in MDE. I decided to go ahead and make my final payment (63 days out). Guess what popped up after the payment? Not reading into anything, just another data point.

I’ve been paid off for awhile and nothing has popped up. So I’m not sure if that is has anything to do with it.

Disney doesn't seem like a "for free" type company

Well no. My DD's college also operates a "free" shuttle into town for the students. (As I scramble to figure out how I'm going to put together's next semester's tuition bill)

I'll keep the Rollercoaster going with this article that was in my "suggested news stories" this morning about some mystery machines being put up in Epcot that look similar to FP+ kiosks.

I'll keep the Rollercoaster going with this article that was in my "suggested news stories" this morning about some mystery machines being put up in Epcot that look similar to FP+ kiosks.

When we were there in October, FP kiosks were out and covered in MK at least.

I'm torn on whether I want them or not. I'm well within my 60 days, so now I feel like it would be like Hunger Games if I now had to get them as I would be competing with everyone instead of just resort guests. Also, I was SO LOOKING FORWARD to not having my day fully scheduled. But, I'm stuck in Canada right now and not even allowed to buy underwear or have 1 person over my house (indoor or out), so at this point I'll take anything!

I hear people saying the dislike because of having their entire day scheduled. Never quite understood that. It’s only 1-3 rides.... that’s hardly the whole day and leaves plenty of time for freelancing

True. I'm ready to go with the flow. I'm just not looking forward to the actual booking of the fastpasses, but I'm a Disney warrior so I can do it! LOL

Same. Maybe I was flexible or good at it, but I usually always managed to get 3 FPs all back to back. I also never crisscrossed the parks to get to them. I scheduled them logically. After tapping in for one, I would try to adjust the next one sooner. If that didn’t work, we’d just ride a different ride in the vicinity until our FP time.

I've always loved FP, FP+ and maxpass but this being our first off site trip I'm having mixed feelings about their return and makes me wish we were there right now. I know there will be a tipping point with increased capacity/return of shows and queues getting to be longer than we have seen yet. So I feel like part of the "return to normal" is needing some form of FP to balance that out. I know we'll manage and honestly the closer everything gets back to normal the better that is for everyone! I have not seen a FP button on my MDE yet but again we are off site and I'm still 61 days out.

I admittedly have never been a fan of FP+, but I am a lover of the original FP as it allowed greater flexibility in ones day. That being said, yes, if things are headed back closer to normal, which it appears they are, then they need some sort of FP system in place.

You can ride everything with fast pass in a day, without ever waiting in line more then 20 mins

I’ll take that over waiting in normal line anyday

We just got back and there are lines for all the E-ticket rides, some of them extremely long waits. The only way to overcome this is to RD every single park you don't want to wait in line at, which is pretty much the way things were pre-covid. So you don't have to wish you were there right now. Wish for the return of FP+ instead!

I like knowing where I am going next and it does save time.
