Yours may be one of the accounts that doesn't turn over till 1:00 AM. Wait till then and try again

Perhaps you should try back at 1:00a ET or shortly after--some have reported this.

Yes, but it's probably more of a glitch than an intentional slight. Your FP choices, even if they include Anna and Elsa, are likely not in danger in that hour.

I wasn't able to book mine until 1 am but was able to get everything I wanted. If you are doing A&E, be sure to go back and check that you have it. I know I booked it but for some reason I had Enchanted Tales with Belle. I was able to change it but wasn't able to get the same time I had booked earlier.

This might be because you choose other Options not the best match shows up... Sometimes they only have 1 time slot for A&E. and they give you other options as a replacement FP. If you don't look closely you will have something booked rather than your intended FP.
