fast pass question

Is it possible to pick up a fast pass before the park is actually open?

My friend has breakfast ressies at 8:50 in Norway. Would she be able to pick up FP on her way to breakfast? FW opens at 9.

I am going to guess no because I think the sections are roped off until the park opens.

No - when we did the Princess Breakfast in Norway we were escorted in small groups by a CM from the entrance at FW directly to the restaurant. Sorry!

Now if one of your party wanted to take all the passes and fetch some FP's during breakfast but after FW opens that would work.
