I am no longer jealous!!!! Mailman was good to us today and docs arrived safe and sound. In Chicago one never knows! Your FE preps sound interesting. Just don't have the time. I will look forward to to seeing the doors decorated as this is the only cruise line we have been on that does this.

Have PM'd you Chris but wan to say Thanks here too!...starting to get excited.

I think 12/13 cabins is manageable and I personally would give one gift per cabin even if others were giving individual gifts....I don't think it should be restricted to one or the other, it's personal choice. I for one will gift individually but that's just my preference.

I am sharing in your excitement!!!

The outfits for each day are being assembled and being staged in the pre-packing room. The corresponding shoes will that go with the outfits will be the next step. My job is to stay out of the way and not to make too many comments.

It is so hard to believe that we booked this trip a year ago and now we only have ONE MONTH to go!!! My BFF and I were discussing very important details about the trip today (what to wear to dinner, to the adult clubs, etc.....) and we are devoting Saturday to shopping!!!

It is so hard to believe that we booked this trip a year ago and now we only have ONE MONTH to go!!! My BFF and I were discussing very important details about the trip today (what to wear to dinner, to the adult clubs, etc.....) and we are devoting Saturday to shopping!!!

Yippee!!!! Seems strange that it is so close! We are also excited and starting to pile on the spare bedroom bed. Hope no one wants to sleep on it. Shopping all done now it is hunt and gather time. Always hard for a Spring cruise when we wear gloves and scarves everyday!

Since we have Friday off, we decided to drive from Cincinnati to the port.
We are staying at the Radisson and taking advantage of their parking and shuttle. We can leave our car at the Hotel and they have a shuttle to take us to and from the port. Anyone else staying near the port on Friday night?

We will definitely be overpacked since we do not have the airline luggage restrictions/costs. I just have to pray for under $ 4/gallon gasoline prices.

My weather fears come into play the week before as I fly in via Paris and Atlanta on Saturday before leaving on the Dream on Sunday.

Hmmm.....where am I staying the night before?...oh yes I remember THE DISNEY FANTASY......prior to boarding we shall have a leisurely breakfast somewhere on the ship, grab a coffee at the cove, disembark and re-embark and back to the cove for more coffee and chill time before everyone joins in the fun

I hope you have a great trip on the Dream. DW and I sailed on her MV last January. We promised our girls to take them on the Fantasy MV. Unfortunately, the MV date was moved but we are truly excited to be all going together.

We are driving down from NC. The plan at this time is to leave Thurs night. I was able to get tix to Kennedy Space Ctr free so we want to do that on Fri. Not sure if we'll spend the nite near there or in Cocoa yet.

I am writing this while sitting beside the wave pool at The Great Wolf Lodge. DD had off school today so we decided to celebrate her birthday a little early. I brought her and three of her BFFs up here for the night. Easiest bday party I've ever hosted!

After this excursion it's full steam ahead on cruise preps! Yeah!

Only 29 days away - So excited! Got my cruise documents last week. Any other single parents in this group? My DD12 is going to be at the tween club most of the time, so I might need some companions to visit all of the bars on the ship

We are driving down Thursday night as well. We are staying somewhere along the way and then staying at The Residence Inn in Port Canaveral. We won't be staying on the Fantasy on Friday night, like SOME people (lucky) but we will be there on Saturday!!!! Woohoo! Have our cocktails ready!!!

We plan to check out all the bars too! Looking forward to that! There will be lots to choose from! We will be lounging at the Adult pool during the day....looking forward to that too!!! I am just ready to be on VACATION!!!

I have a hair appt. today and my DD have theirs in the morning! Another thing to check off the list! Then we are going shopping!!! We need bathing suits, flip flops and dressy dresses. We will start packing the suitcases on Sunday! I want to be ready to go the week before and not too stressed!!!

Hope everyone is doing well!!! To those doing a B2B, we are sooo jealous! Enjoy every minute of your cruises!!!

Congrats to those losing weight! Another thing I am jealous of!!!

I HAVE NOW CLOSED THE FE AND MAGNET EXCHANGE SIGN UPS


The FE list that I sent via PM to the participants is correct with the addition of Chief71 and a final confirmation of stateroom for amoybaci. So please watch your PM for a final list. If you have a stateroom change between now and the sailing or upgrade when arriving at the pier, please let me know as soon as you can so that I can share the information with the rest of the group.

Magnet exchange lists will also be sent by PM this evening.

I am working on a deck map with the cabins marked on them to make it easy for everyone to navigate their way from room to room for the exchanges. I will bring those by your rooms early on Saturday the 7th.
