Fantasy - Concierge Stateroom Question.

We are staying in a 1bedroom stateroom on the Fantasy - and I'm just curious if all of the balcony's are inclosed like I have noticed in pictures? Anyone have any insight?

No. The balconies on deck 12 are open while the ones on deck 11 are more enclosed.
