Fantasmic Package and Hollywood and Vine

Hello all,
We just returned from our annual Thanksgiving trip to WDW. We have always booked the Fantasmic package through Hollywood and Vine. We have never had a fantastic meal there but it was always okay and we could find something for my daughter to eat as she is not crazy about many foods. I must say the food was Horrible this year. My husband who is not a fussy eater said he will never go back there again and Imust agree. Secondly, you no longer get to fantasmic through the back entrance off Main Street at Hollywood Studios.You must now enter with everyone else and bear to the right when you get to the top. When we arrived there were plenty of seats thus making the package really unnecessary. Many of the non package seats were better than ours. I was not aware this had changed until we tried to enter the old way and were directed to the new entrance. It's a shame that H&V wouldn't improve there food and the temperature of it's food. there really are limited places to sit down and have a good meal at the studios. Just wanted to share our experience.

We did the fantasmic package through H & V during Thanksgiving week. It was pointless. The food was nothing to write home about. We are going to forget this place next year, unless something gets changed. Going through the same entrance was a waste. The parents had 2 scooters, thats why I wanted the side entrance, to avoid the heavier crowds.

So, I know what you're talking about, food and fantasmic. Oh well! I've now learned what not to do!

We gave it two tries--never again. It was dirty, food lukewarm when they were not taking 20 minutes to replace empty containers and the service was absolutely horrible.

I agree we have eaten here twice and its not nice at all
