Fantasmic in July??

We're going to be there 7/6 to 7/11 and I've heard that during peak season they show this twice. Is this correct and does anyone know what the hours might be like? Our kids missed this show last summer because of Hurricane Frances and I want to make sure we make it this time and we get a good seat. I'm not planing on the Fantasmic Package because it will be just the 2 kids (7 and 5) and they both eat like birds, can't justify the cost. We don't mind waiting in line and I've also read that if they are showing this twice the second show would be less crowded. TIA

I don't know if this is still the case, but we saw the second show in July back in 1999 when it was still really new and it was still very very crowded...and HOT! I just remember saying that I couldn't believe I was sweating while just stitting still at 11pm!
