Fantasmic Dinner Package no longer including Appetizer?

I see at Disneyworld.com that it lists Entree, Dessert, Non-alcoholic drink, and reserved ticket for Fantasmic as the dining package. Has Disney removed the appetizer in 2014? Also, when I went to the reservation page, I thought it said that the dining plan was not available to use for the package. ????

It still included the appetizer and use of Dining Plan this past September. 2014 may be different.

we just had the Fantasmic dinner package on Monday January 6, 2014 at Mama Melrose. We actually had it during lunch.

Each person in the party gets choice of appetizer and entree from the regular menu, along with coffee or tea or soft drink. The dessert is a sampler platter for the table to share...for our party of 4, that consisted of 2 no-sugar-added items (looked like a parfait or pudding type dessert) as well as 3 small cream puffs, chocolate-amaretto mousse, and and cherry-tart with chocolate cream.

Yes you can use the dining package, that was the first question the waitress asked. (cannot use Tables in Wonderland discount card, though.) Anyway, it is one table service credit at Mama Melrose or Hollywood & Vine. If you choose Hollywood Brown Derby, it is two credits per person.

The regular dining plan which includes table service will work, but not the Quick Service Plan since it's only for counter service.
