Fantasmic Dinner package Menu question

If you get the Fantasmic dinner package, do you have to choose among limited selection of entrees? If so, is there a listings somewhere? specifically for Mama Melrose's? I know it's a fixed fee with appetizer, etc., but what about the actual entrees to choose from?

Mama Melrose's menu is fabulous! Even though you are eating on a package with a set meal, they are more than accommodating - we have allergies and they are always fabulous in dealing with this!

The Veal is absolutely amazing - just like my dad's, who is a chef. We love Mama Melrose's!

One of the things I learned on the trip we just came home from was:

If you are doing the fantasmic dinner package at mama's the last dining time (during our stay anyways) was 5:30, I'm sure it may change depending on what time fantasmic show is. While we were there the show was 8pm. The tiket said to be at the back entrance to fantasmic no later than 7:30, gates will close then. So I guess they expect to have all the dining guests done by 7pm in order for them to make it over there.

Also, when we were there last week right at showtime 1/3 of the stadium was completely empty. Didn't even need to do the dining package

As far as I can see, the entrees are the same as on the normal dinner menu at Mama's. We dine at MM almost every trip--love the food, service & relaxed atmosphere.

BadgerBruce is correct. The FDP entree menu is the same as the regular menu.

You get 1 large mixed greens salad to split. We have been able to substitue Caesar for that twice now(once just last month).

You also get 1 flat bread, any one of all the regular choices, for each 4 people in your party. We had 6 people and got 2 flatbreads.

Then you each pick an entree and dessert, and you are offered all the regular choices.

Nothing is really limited except the appetizers as you have to get a salad and flat bread as your appetizers.
