Right now I am really confused and concerned.:(

Let me start by saying I received my fan club card from Tinkerbarb.(Thank You by the way)

I went to the fan club website to order our tickets for our upcoming trip in June. I received a confirmation E-mail and the amount has been charged to my credit card.

TODAY I get another E-mail stating they need my company name and address so they can verify my fan club membership!!!!!!!!
(And to please get this info to them as soon as possible)

Now I am confused as to how I should proceed.

If that info was needed, it should have stated that BEFORE my c.c. was charged.

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is news to me! I would get back with TinkerBarb to see if she will let you use her company name. I hope this works out well for you.

My husband's company offers the Fan Club Card. I ordered my tickets recently, and received the same email - asking for company name. It took several days after that to get my confirmation, so I am assuming they had to verify the information.

HTH! And good luck!

Tinkerbarb ha just posted this info
Fan Club Update
* If you book your trip thru the fan club web site, and use the membership only code, you will be asked to verify your membership. Since cards are being phased out and they don't expect new members to have cards, they will ask for your company name. This makes perfect sense.
Right now, anyone with a computer can find the web site and the code, so they need to implement some kind of control.

But:
since there are many cards still out there (because they do not have expiration dates)
* No matter what type of card you have, it will be accepted at CHECK IN.
* If you "no longer" work for the company you got your card from, it will be accepted.
* If you got your card from "AAA, your credit union, a car dealership promotion, etc..", it will be accepted.
* If you are a "family member" of the person you got your card from, it will most likely be accepted.

Please remember that the fan club is a FREE program to qualifying companies and if you are not a legitimate member things could change at any time. The best discount deals are with the Entertainment card and with AAA, which of course makes sense because you pay for those memberships.
