Is anyone familiar with this software? I work out of my house, and I've got to get this working like yesterday!! It's installed, connected to my computer modem, works fine when I just send a test cover sheet to someone. However, when I go to send the document, it keeps saying unable to establish connection. I have contacted the office that it is being sent to to verify that the problem isn't on their end, and they're saying they are receiving faxes just fine. Anyone have a clue? 
I'm about to drop kick this stupid computer!! I've worked on it for three days, ended up doing a system restore, and starting completely over. Now, for some reason, alot of the software programs that installed fine on it before won't install now. Anyway, that's a whole other problem! I've just got my old computer running beside it for the programs that won't install on the new one until I've got time to figure it out. My most pressing situation is the one above. My co-worker has been faxing everything for me, but I've got to get this figured out soon!
