Fall Secret Sister Sign-Up- CLOSED

Most likely in 2 weeks. I will find out more information tomorrow but I am her #1 candidate since I have all the experience and knowledge of what she is looking for. DH is being very supportive and wants me to find a job that I am happy with and that will be less stress.

I also need to wait to see what happens with my current job since I was informed today I might be sent to our lab in Atlanta. One of the ladies was shot and killed inside the lab Monday by her husband, he then killed himself. The lab is open again but not everyone has returned to work, so they are behind. Since I already said I'd go I feel sorta committed to that. We will see. It does kinda creep me out though.

that is creepy, but it may be better to send someone like yourself from the outside then have everyone there back at work, especially if they saw it go down, ya know what I mean. You might me able to distance yourself from it. I don't know.

I hope you get the new job though, you need a break.

I think so. That way the SS wouldn't figure out where you were from. But let me double check with Mickeyteacher first.

Well, of course, I do that too! I believe that I got that idea from you ohMom (and even if I didn't I will pretend I did)! I do believe that you "still" like to think that you know more than your ol' mom (oh, oh wait, I didn't really mean it quite like ...... I meant something a bit more subtle like ) Yep - some of you just might not know that ohMom is my DD and thanks to her I got in the first SSS and thanks to her AGAIN I am in this one.

BUT ................... I did get my questions back to the hostesses ON TIME without her reminding me, so I think I got a for that !!

now just to want to confirm I got my SS name too and even though shopping isn't on my agenda this weekend - I will be looking for some coupons for the stores I shop, so I can get really good deals on stuff for my very special SS

I might have a new job! Major pay cut BUT, I wouldn't have the stress I do now. I am a little worried about that part but I think overall it will be "healthier" for me.

KatDisney - good for you! I did that 4 years ago (left a stressful job) and it was a very good thing. I do believe that stress is more of a health factor than we tend to believe it is. Keep us informed. I am curious, what kind of a lab would you go to Atlanta to work in? Man, that was not a good story either.......... keep us informed what develops...........AND no stressing while you are waiting on direction either I am a firm believer if it is "right" it will feel right and then that makes the decison much easier!
