Haha right? That D-Luxe burger macaroon...I've been seeing fb and twitter posts about the new areas of disney springs. I was going to skip it again this trip but now I'm convinced I need to eat at d-luxe burgers and go to sprinkles for cupcakes.![]()
And the new ice cream place at the boardwalk! It looks so cute. Rewriting Disney plan now!Haha right? That D-Luxe burger macaroon...
So here is a question, what do you do in the down time between doing ADR and FP and then the time between FP and the actual trip. I'll admit that my trip is just under four months away and last night I packed snacks. I'm this close to packing all the shirts, minus four that I need to order. I just bought a new pair of shoes too. The waiting is the worst part. I guess I'll start my toiletries list...
The food was terrible. But I know I am in the minority there. But all 8 of us agreed and had to eat again later because it was gross. The show was fun, the kids love it.
So I blew $10 (had a deal). Lol. Now I know. Thanks for the heads up....next year I will not be a paid subscriber. The reservation finder does NOT a require a paid subscription, just an FYI. You can sign up for the free account and still access it![]()

So is there " real" meat, or just sausages/brats and such. I think only option I've seen was chicken. Is that correct?I like German food. So, it was great in my book.
It's not for vegans. You should like cabbage braised in bacon and meat.
The salads at WCC were nice.
My older son, 9, loves the food at BG. He ate four helpings, and one of the older German waitresses took a shine to him for eating so well. She said it doesn't appeal to many children, and she was happy to see him happy.
He's an adventurous eater.

Hopefully not until after I get everything I need! Lol! Is it Memorial Day yet?Hey I didn't *start* talking about it! Haha. Every other thread on here someone is talking about it now...wonder how long till all these get locked![]()
Lol! I did hear those were good. Guess I COULD survive on those Anna couple salads. A slice of meat would have been nice though. Not that I've decided yet. It's between there and Chefs de France. So basically what I want versus what I think the rest of the family would like. Lol!Bypass everything but the Spaetzle. Grab some pretzel rolls. It's all you need!
There's meat! My husband loved the Schnitzel. It looks like the menus show some other options - pork, pot roast. So is there " real" meat, or just sausages/brats and such. I think only option I've seen was chicken. Is that correct?

I go over cheat sheets to get ready for FP. I check for new times if I have any ADR's I need to change. I research all the booths at the F&W festival to see which ones I want to visit. I make sure everyone has enough outfits and shoes that will still fit by the time we go(my oldest seems to be growing faster than the season lasts). I work on Halloween party costumes and getting things together to decorate our window in our room. I surf the net for any updates or tips. About 30 days out I make a list of things I need to get together and items to purchase. Then about 2 weeks before our trip I lay everything out in the spare bedroom to be packed. Finally, thanks to my oldest for encouraging me to sign up for disboards, I now have other Disney fanatics to share the excitement with while we wait.So here is a question, what do you do in the down time between doing ADR and FP and then the time between FP and the actual trip. I can imagine my mother rolling her eyes when she calls and asks me what I'm doing and I tell her I'm on the computer looking at Disney things.I know the feeling! I am going to start a list of qs and snacks that I want to try. I read lots of dis boards. Pinterest articles about secrets of Disney(most I know but sometimes I find a new one to add to a list) Check disneys site hoping to get 1 more day of free dining instead of the ro I have. I am obsessed. No one wants to talk to me about Disney at home and I am worried by the time I get there I will be disney-ed out......no that won't happen!
We always make at least 2 trips to Disney Springs. We go on arrival day to check things out and have dinner. Then we go back 2 days before we leave to buy souvenirs.I'm really excited about Disney Springs! I can't wait to check it out!![]()
