Fall 2016 DCP?

I had my phone interview last morning! Really excited to hear back.. First time ever applying although I've wanted to for years.

Hi Everyone! I applied for DCP Fall 2016 in Florida and I have phone interview next week! I am a college senior and I graduate in June! Any other seniors out there? Also! I am thinking about attending the character auditions in SLC, Utah! Has anyone ever tried it? Advice?! Hopefully I will meet some of you in the fall!

I just applied and am waiting to hear back about the online interview. How long does it usually take? If I remember correctly from 2011, I did the online interview the same day. Has that changed? Is there sometimes a waiting period?

From my understanding, it has changed. Some get it immediately, some took a week or a month to get the WBI.
I remember from 2012 and 2013 I got the WBI within an hour of applying. I am on day 2 of waiting for the email now.

My daughter was just accepted for the DCP Summer Alumni program for QSFB and she's thrilled. She did FA 2015 and just got home last month, so the Summer Alumni program works perfectly for her.

Congratulations to your daughter!!! That's terrific. Now, if they could just start letting the Fall 2016 kids know what's going on. Fingers crossed for everyone!!

"2) QSFB is one of the roles they like to fill with CP's the most because not a lot of people are willing to do it. Hope that helps some!"

My 2 kids + 1 friend all were accepted by choosing QSFB - It's a high demand roles

The DCP had a Twitter Q&A yesterday and one of the recruiters said fall acceptances will start going out next week! I'm guessing they'll start on Tuesday since Monday's a holiday.

Monday isn't a Disney holiday, so they could very well start going out on Monday

Yup.....Fall 2016 and Advantage. The applications opened on Jan 12, and acceptances just started going out this week...Wed I believe. But only for DL...haven't heard of any WDW acceptances yet.

Oh terrific! Now I can worry about my poor wreck of a daughter!!! She applied the first day (1/12), had an immediate WBI, then scheduled her phone interview for the next week. She's planning on going to NYC for the auditions...she was told about them during the phone interview. So, hopefully she hears something soon.

Good luck to her! And I definitely know the feeling. My PI isn't until next week so I can't worry about acceptances quite yet but I will be joining the club soon.

Good luck to you!! Remember to smile during the PI! It makes a difference.
Dd is worried they are waiting until she auditions in March. Hope not! She's a wreck.....hard to sit in class and concentrate when all you want to do is keep checking your dashboard!

Well, the good news is that dd was accepted, placed in attractions! Happened earlier this week! She will be going to NYC auditions in a few weeks. But, she's thrilled to be where she is. Character work would be frosting on the cake!!

Applied, got through the online interview and just finished my phone interview (although I have my preferences I said I was open to anything). Keeping my fingers crossed!
