Fall 2012 AP Rates- is anyone else waiting?

I went ahead and booked the fall offer that came out this morning, but I'm hoping the AP rates are a little better. My dates were half 25% off and half 30% off under the current offer - which is still better than rack, but I think we can do better!

Went ahead and booked with the fall discount, but I'm still hoping AP rates will come out too. Either way, it's better than the AAA rate I had!

Thanks! For some reason I was only seeing the old offers.

I clicked on the link when the photo came up on the home page that mentioned the offer and got right in. Of course, that was before the 7am feeding frenzy - I haven't been able to get back in the website since then!

No annual pass discounts today... I just called, CM said they still don't know. I've gotten reports from CM's from mid sept to late sept. Ughhhhh

We need discounts!!!!

I rebooked our F&W weekend with the fall offer for now... would still like AP though, even if it's not lower, just so we can add dining!

Just called the Passholder line and the castmember siad the rates are in the system but are being tested, not available to book yet. He said sometime this week.

Even though I have an AP - I went ahead an applied the above mentioned fall discount to my reservation. Saved 25% on Coronado Springs - getting a $667.00 refund !!! Not bad at all. Also got through on the phone instantly, don't wait, get calling now !!!

I called this morning at 730 and changed my reservation to get the discount. We had to upgrade the room but we still saved over 70$

Not good for me...nothing available in the Epcot resorts and the AAA rate for POFQ is much better than the 5% WDW is giving on that resort.

THe CM did say that FL resident discounts will be released very soon and they might be better than this discount

I was able to get general rate discount applied to our Boardwalk Inn stay in October. :cool1: Decent price (saved 25%), but still hoping for a better AP rate. :thumbsup2

You were able to get an AP discount?

We didn't renew our aps this yr. we have a ro res for dec 8 & 9. And a fd res for dec 10 - 17. I was able to get the 20% off for the ro portion. We had to upgrade to rgr garden view from standard but still saved about 75$ for those 2 nights

Cool. Sent an email to our Dreams rep to see what they can find us. If not a cheaper rate one what we have then maybe an upgrade for similar cost.

changed Oct WL to GP rate but the Nov AAA rate was cheaper than the GP offer! Hoping for AP rates!!!!!!!

I got the same answer! She said they are coming soon, not today, and she could see the rates (but wouldn't tell me what they were) and said this week. She said it didn't look like there were any blackout dates and then she said that is all I can say. Cool! I got so excited I forgot to apply the general discount :rotfl2: I had to call back and do that! I got 30% for most nights at GF but hoping to see a little better with the AP rate. Either way, I am super excited this morning because I had pretty much written the whole possibility of a discount off. :yay:

Almost booked Swan or Dolphin waiting for AP discounts, but grabbed Beach Club at 25% off this AM. Glad to have something; I felt it was getting down to the wire! Will still keep checking in case AP/FL resident for our dates is available/better.

Does anyone know if I will have to call to make the change in the event better rates are released, or will the online system let me search/book AP rates for the same dates and then cancel my GP discounted room?

Since you just booked the gp rate today you could do it online and then cancel the other, you can cancel up to 5 days out for a room only. I get pretty good response time from the passholder line, and you don't have to go through all the annoying prompts if you are modifying a reservation.
