Fab Feb. vacation Days 4

Up early and head for MK. We arrive at TTC plenty early and wait for monorail and ferry to start running. Get to MK and head to tomorrowland for rope drop. Go to Space Mountain and get on right away. Tour the park and hit all our favorites with very little wait, Fast pass is GREAT! 5 y/o bummed that Tom Sawyer Island is closed but gets over it fast. Lv. park at 4:00 and go back to hotel to swim, relax.
Up next day for EPCOT, get there a little after park opening and head for TT. Only a 10 minute wait so we jump in line and marvel at the ride. Finally our turn. We make it through the first part OK and are heading out for the big turn. All of a sudden.....STOP!!! Our car is stuck right in the middle of the big turn. We're all hangning there by our seatbelts and DD (8) is freaking out. She finally calms down and we continue to hang there for 5 minutes while they work on our car. It was definitely an experience with people pointing and snickering at us! We finally get moving and they let us ride again after we switch cars. Did the rest of Future World and headed back to hotel to rest. Returned to EPCOT and walked around the world eating supper as we went. End up in Mexico and get a table right by the lake. Wait for the Illuminations and marvel at the beauty of it. Fight the crowds back to the car, drive home and fall into bed

Pumba - Do the ride! At no time did I feel that I was in any sort of danger. If fact, after we all got off it was probably the best laugh of the trip and definitely a story to tell. I even dug my camera out and took a picture of my son hanging sideways! At least we knew why the ride stopped, I would have much rather been us then the people stuck inside wondering what the heck was going on!

What time did the monorail and ferries start running? We have an 8am PS at the castle on a non-EE day and I am trying to figure out how early we should get to the TTC. Thanks. SOunds like a fun day!
