Extra Southwest Code??

I have tried twice sending for the code and haven't received anything yet. I even tried sending to my son and also tried sending the message from my son who lives in Florida. I desperately need two codes for our large family trip. Can anyone tell me step by step what I need to do. I don't usually have a problem with these things. Thanks!! I hope this message works, I don't usually post because I don't know what I am doing lol
