How do people normally get codes? Also the ding thing? I downloaded it once and I never once could figure out how to work it, so I got rid of it. I always here people getting super rates with Southwest, but the lowest I ever see is $75 each way. Which is still decent, but I want to get those really hot offfers others get

I hate to hi-jack this thread but I was just going to start the same one. I did get a code and used it, but now my flights are down and I want to cancel and rebook. I did go through the process to get another code sent to a different email address, but that was last week and I still haven't received it. I'm worried my flights will go back up! Does anyone have an extra they will not be using? I can always PM you back with my code if I ever get it. Thanks a million!

As long as the new reduced fare isn't a Ding! fare, you don't have to cancel and rebook. You change just change your reservation

I got this code to work for me at first, but it just took me an hour to get the site to work (same issues I read about in the thread about the new dates being released today...), and after that hour the code gave me an error message So I think someone beat me to it as I struggled with the site, but thanks anyway for posting it!!

I believe one code will take $25.00 off for each person that you book a roundtrip ticket for...so for 3 people it would deduct $75.00 of the total price.

To use the code it has to be a round trip or can it be one way?

I believe it is round trip only.
