Extra Magic Hours

I'm sure this has been asked before, however how much earlier and later do the parks open and close with extra magic hours?

morning EMH are 1 hour before, and evening EMH are 3 hours!
(i think they technically say "up to")

Not sure if you are aware but not all of the rides are open at EMH.
