Extended hours at MK during Thanksgiving week

I was just over at the WDW site checking hours for our upcoming vacation. I nioted that MK hours for Thanksgiving week are now longer. Beginning Sunday before Thanksgiving MK is open until midnight each night. Two Spectros run EVERY NIGHT.

I guess this is great to have such long hours, but I guess thos e of us there Thanksgiving week should be ready to face humongous crowds.

I guess that I should be happy we have the later hours but.. Im dreading and quite afraid how crowded it is going to be. We plan to spend our first day at MK on the Friday before so maybe we'll have a bit less of a crowd.

My two cents...crowds in beautiful 70 degree weather seem a lot easier to manage than crowds in high 90 degree weather. I'm a little cranky when I get really hot!! I definitely think park hopping is in order and we're staying at the CR so we will be a short hop from MK!
