Extended family travel/?suggestions for onsite

We plan to travel to WDW in November. We will be Disney grandparents, 23 brother in law, 19 sister in law and her friend. Myself, my DH and our DS 9, DD's 6,4. The last time we went as a big group we rented a house in Kissimee. My DH and I stayed onsite last year and loved it. My ? does anyone have a suggestion of a place we could all stay in but not be too expensive. For example. The grandparents want a place where we can all meet up. So for them maybe a room with a living room or sitting area or 2 bedrooms. Then maybe standard rooms for the rest of us. Like on a cruise where you can have a higher cat room for the adults and a inside room for the teens. What about the villas? Could 10 people stay in them comfortably?
Any suggestions would be great. I thought of us all staying in different hotels, idea was shot down (lol).

You have several choices. Grand Villas at the BWV, and OKW, but that's going to be very expensive. It will actually cost less to get two two bedrooms!

You might also want to look at two FW cabins, which might be the most economical.

WHere are the 2 bedrooms? ARe those villas too? HAs anyone been to a suite at the swan/dolphin? I thought maybe a suite and a standard room. I really want to stay onsite and I want to present several options at the meeting. WHich hotels have rooms with real sitting areas?

The DVC resorts are at BW, BC, WL, and OKW. They have the following:

Studio - sleeps 4, a few sleep 5
1 BR - sleeps 4
2 BR - sleeps 8
Grand Villas at BW and OKW - sleep 12

The grand villas, 2BR, and 1BR all have a kitchen & living area.

You could get a 2BR and a studio. The GV are really expensive and difficult to get.

thank you for the info! I am going to try these suggestions. If some stayed in the wl villas would a person in the wl hotel be near by or are they really seperate?

The villas are a separate building from the lodge, but it's probably no more than a 30 second walk between them. They share all of the same facilities (restaurants, pools, etc.)

Why not get a deluxe room at the WL for the grandparents which would include:
Guest Rooms

These rooms feature two queen beds, one queen sofa bed, table and chairs, writing table, ceiling fan, private balcony or patio, vanity area with two sinks, and bath. Non-smoking rooms and rooms for Guests with disabilities are available.

Guest Room amenities include in-room wall safe, voice mail, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Coffeemaker and refrigerator are available upon request.

The Deluxe Guest Room has a sitting area separated from the bedroom by french doors, additional television, refrigerator with ice machine, coffeemaker, and wet bar. All Deluxe Guest Rooms feature woodland views.

Deluxe - Two Queen Beds & One Queen Sofa Bed

Then everyone else can request a room that is to their liking, and budget.. from courtyard to standard... and whether you would like 2 queen beds or one king and bunk beds.

When our extended family stayed there, we also found that the gorgeous lobby was a wonderful place to meet up.

The deluxe room at the WL sounds like the answer to my dilemma as well. We are 5 adults and 1child. Soundls like it will sleep 6. Only for 3nts so we can stand being a little cramped. What is the best rate someone has gotten for this room? Do we pay extra per adult over 2? We're going Jan 03.
