Ok, Expo wrote me back and has accepted the video where they said they couldn't see my face. Now we'll have to see if they take the other three too.

Hi all - thanks so much for this thread, I'm lovin' it! I haven't made a ton on expo but around $60 last month and $80 this month so far. My expo id is the same as here, jennz. I'm playing DISers reviews while mine upload!

What is your EXPO ID - I try to review everyone's, too.

My DD's have helped me in a number of reviews. My older one plays the video games and kid DVD's and tells her opinions. She loves it! She wanted to get all elaborate and do the DVD reviews like an interview, so we did. My little one just played with her toys while I talked about them. I do introduce each piece, so I'm in there too.

Can 2 people be in the video? I thought I read only 1 person can be in the video?

Here's one to over.......... They rejected a video for a worthless product because it didn't have a demo. It doesn't work, how am I supposed to demo it? I guess they wanted to see it sit there and do nothing. Sheesh....... all for a grand total of about $30 this month.

I reviewed a product that did not work - the Senseo, but in my opinion it was funny and I did show that it did not work - it wouldn't open and I tried to open it.

Do they run different promos every month - therefore different payouts every month. I just did some health and beauty items, but have not uploaded. The pay is $2, should I wait to see if a promo comes up where it would be worth more?

I copied the list on the first post and put it in an Excel doc so I could sort it by alphabetical order. I have had so many people request me as friends and I think most are from here, but not all.

If someone requested me as a friend and I accepted, does that mean I am on their friend list?

Does anyone think I should hold onto some of my product reviews to see what next months promo is? Should I only be shooting for the $10 and $5 ones right now. I did several health and beauty ones - any chance they will offer more for those later? Or more for toys?

Personally - I don't think those items will be going up in price. I think they pay more for items that take more research and are in more demand, but I could be wrong. If you don't have 60 reviews I'd go ahead and post them...there are so many options for health and beauty that you can always find other things to review if the price goes up.

I'm hoping someone can help me out here...I make my reviews and preview them on my camera, they look good and voice is in sync, then I upload and sometimes they get out of sync off and dark...any idea why? and how I can stop it?

Expo is doing maintenance so all the videos we upload can't even be viewed by us until tomorrow. It was supposed to be ready Thursday, but wasn't. I just know that this is going to cause trouble for a lot of us because we'll get rejections and not be able to resubmit within the same month. And who knows what next months promotion will be.

What do you mean you can't resubmit in the same month? I had some that they said were cut off, so I resubmitted and they accepted them. Was I not supposed to do that.

I had several that were cut off, but not cut off for me. I had cut my videos where it shows me turning the camera off, so I just went back and let it play that part and resubmitted.

I am, too. This is my first month doing the videos. I've just been winging it. One morning I did a video for each step of putting on my makeup. Started with the cleanser, did a moisturizer, foundation, and so on. So I look like death on the first one and gradually start looking better.

If they were submitted in October then you get paid for October. No issue with resubmitting, but if they are not denied until November then you don't have any days left in October to resubmit. Hope that makes sense. They would have been resubmitted in Nov and paid out for Nov.

I don't edit mine at all, so I wasn't cutting it off with that. Wish that was the case, easy fix. I just show me turning on and off the camera.
