EXPIRED: Part ONE of 2015 CLUB LEVEL (CL) INFORMATION and HELP Thread DO NOT POST HERE!!!

Thanks so much! I'll weigh Monday and I'm hoping to be down 37 pounds (woo-hoo)!!! So far I'm on track for hitting my goals in November!

Also, I appreciate the reminder not to stress too much because I think you are 100% correct that we will have a great time at either resort. In fact, one of my favorite trips was the one I stressed about least so I need to just pick one and relax (after planning ADRs 180 days out of course haha).

No Joke! The ADRs are stressful! If you miss the 180 mark, you may not get a few of the ones you want... And don't forget about making FP+ reservations for mine train... Ugh! But you will have fun no matter what, I'm sure.[/QUOTE]

Somehow my last post messed up our quote pattern but when I tried to edit it, the preview was right...hmmmm...not sure what I did!!

I totally forgot about planning my FP+ reservations!! Hahaha...well, I actually love planning so I shouldn't complain I guess! I have an alert on my calendar at 181 days to be on top of my ADRs!!

Hi Erika and all my fellow Club Level citizens! :wave2::dogdance::wave2:

Could you add me to the Club Level roster for the Boardwalk Inn for the dates of November 28th to Dec 13th? We are going on a magical vacation pixiedust: for those two weeks. I am working to get a bit of a Beach Club bunch reunion going only this time it will be at the Boardwalk Inn. Our magical pricing only applies to the BWI so we will have to get our Beach Club fix from across Crescent Lake!

I searched for information on the bottled water situation at the Innkeeper's Club and I'm reading about having to fill your own personal water bottle from a larger one that is available in Club level. Could some one give me more information about this. I'm thinking that I have to bring refillable H2O bottles and I want to figure out the best way to go about that. Thanks everyone!

We are checking in to BC CL one week from today. I will let you know - if someone doesn't beat me to it

We are checking in to BC CL one week from today. I will let you know - if someone doesn't beat me to it

When we were at BC last March, you could ask for bottled water, and they would gladly get it for you. In October at the Poly and GF, they did not have bottled water, but then back at GF last month, they had bottled water even in the drink coolers (that was in RPC). I am hoping that all club levels are adding bottled water! But then, from what I've heard, they are locking the lounge doors at BC overnight now (and they didn't in March last year) so I hope they haven't made any more negative updates to CL! So please DO update us!

BC does not have bottled water in the lounge. They have coke, diet coke, sprite and ginger-ale in the fridge. They have a large counter top filtered water drink dispenser and a 40oz bottle of sparkling water in wine chiller on the counter. They also have OJ and rotate AJ and CJ in AM. The rest of the day they have iced tea and lemonade. All of these are in the same type of drink dispensers. Oh they do have milk in a dispenser in AM too.

You can request milk or apple juice another time of day. They bring it out in a cup with lid. I have not asked for bottled water. We are using reusable ones (with no condensation)for the parks and pool anyway so refilling is fine for us.

Also, not sure if this is new but there is someone serving all alcoholic beverages now. Even opening beers.

Welcome, Ninja! When we were at BWI CL last year, they offered large bottles of water for us to take back to our room and/or use to fill water bottles or to-go cups. So a water bottle is not necessary, but helpful!

I don't remember a designated person for alcoholic beverages.... Interesting... Can he/she keep up with the demand?
I've been watching for you room number. Did I miss it? Aren't you the one that got a standard room with a full balcony and a daybed? Is the room fairly quiet? Last time, we were too close to the lounge. The staff woke us up preparing to open the lounge in the morning, and people were right outside our room talking (but fortunately, that room is now part of the new lounge).

Hmm, I wonder... was He/She singing "99 bottles of Beer on the Wall"? That might slow them down if they were "singing" :drinking1. I look forward to checking THAT out during my visit! ::yes:: ;)

Well, on the heels of booking BCCL for May 1st, I have booked July 11th at Poly for my daughter's post-camp stay. She goes to camp up in Eustis about 45 minutes north of Disney, so we usually stay there the weekend before. Since that is 4th of July this year, I opted for a post stay.
I am so excited that the Main pool will be open but nervous about the East Pool since it is so close to Hawaii.
It has been about 14 years since we stayed at the Poly. My daughter can't wait since she doesn't remember her first stay

Hi there! Could you please add me to the Club Level Roster at BWI from June 7 to June 13, 2015? It will be our first time at the BWI CL. We loved our 2 stays at WL CL and are looking forward to the Epcot Resort experience this time.

Does anyone recall if the Innkeepers Club has a "regular" schedule of what hot appetizers they have each night?

Odd question, but do you ever get extra fast passes when staying club level? Someone told me that you do.
Thank you.

No, only the same 3 prebooked fast passes as everyone else gets. There was a test a few months ago where club level guests could text a CL CM to book any additional fastpasses for them once they had used their 3. I don't know if that test is still going on tho. We were at YC in January & it wasn't available to us.

We used it at GF in Feb. and have already been informed about it for our BC CL stay in April. GF set us up prior to our stay, BC just told us about the service and that the will set up the text number at check in. We really enjoyed the service BUT there was rarely anything available that we really wanted later in the day even at a "slower" time.

We used it more for last minute dining reservations than anything. It was just faster to text them and they always got back to us right away.

The person who told me said they we would get paper fast passes from CL CM if they asked. I don't know if I would be comfortable asking that.

I don't know of any paper fastpasses that would be given now. Even when a resort compensates a guest or offers extra FP's for a mishap they are placed on your MDE account as anytime/anywhere FP's and you just go to whatever and they scan your bands. CL does not typically have "extra FP's" you would only receive them if something happened during your stay and they were trying to compensate you for it.

Not saying it did not happen but it would be highly unusual. We have stayed CL a lot and with all the people on the boards that stay CL I would think we would have heard someone mention it.

DH and I just had a discussion about the Grand Floridian - RPC...

He said: "Honestly, I could do without the band... And we can visit the lobby as much as we want for no extra charge... I don't think that I will appreciate the Main Building as much as I should. I don't want to feel forced to spend more time there just because we paid a lot of money to be there. I would feel much more comfortable with the "smaller" Club Level. If there was availability in the Sugar Loaf, especially since the food and drinks are the same, I think I would prefer to be there instead."

O.k. ...

A few weeks ago, there was no availability at SL when the special offer got out and it's the reason I switched to Main Building for no extra charge (I had originally booked it at rack rate).

Tonight, there was a room available at SL. The GF CL is a birthday gift for my husband. In the end, if what he wants is the Sugar Loaf, I want him to get the Sugar Loaf. So, we switched back to SL. I'll get a refund.

Deep down inside, I know I (too) will feel more comfortable there. I know the value of RPC... Just not sure it was really for us... And tbh, we won't know what we're missing either! :P

I'm excited to be back to the CL that I know we are going to appreciate the most.
