Exercise Thread, Monday, March 28

I did an hour aerobic class and 15 min weights..oh but I had a horrible weekend of gaining weight-3 pounds-at least I had a good time with family.
 
I did the FIRM Complete Aerobics and Weight Training.
 
I didn't post this last night, but I did do it, so I want it on the record! :)

An hour on the eliptical, then an hour of weights- arms, legs and abs

I had taken FOUR! days off from the gym (just too darned busy!), so I needed this workout. Can't wait to get back there today!
