Exercise Thread for Wednesday, March 28th

one hour lifting weights and doing abs, then 80 minutes on the treadmill.

anyone else? :)
 
I did the Nortic Track for 30 and walked with DD (stroller sometimes) and without today for a total of 60 minutes.

Too bad it will not help that much today with all the PB cookies I have been eating the last 2 days. :rotfl: Have girls scouts does have one downfall.
