Cardio for me today, 25 minutes x-trainer, 15 minutes bike and 10 minute cool down on the TM followed by some stretches.

I also tried a piece of equipment last night (at a different gym for a fund-raiser) called "Jacob's Ladder". Man that was hard, I was whipped after 5 minutes!!!!:faint:

I worked out to a DVD for about an hour, with a variety of exercises ranging from aerobics to hand-held weights. I am a fitness animal! :cool1:

Who's next?

I did a firm workout this morning.

I did a 45-minute Spinning class this morning. Next?

I DID IT!!!!! I WALKED THE 3 MILE WATP!!! and I feel great!!!!! Never thought I could or would do it....but I did!!!!!

I got on the TM this morning and did 35 minutes. I am going to go for 40 tomorrow. It is starting to feel good once I get it done to know that I have gotten in my exercise. I am having to put my workout clothes on as soon as my feet hit the floor and that is helping me remember that I need to take the time for myself and get it done.

Thanks for all the encouragement from your posts.

Welovedis-I have not seen that piece of equipment. It looks like it wouldn't take long to get worn out. Did you like it/hate it??

I went to a 1 hour circuit class. We alternated between cardio and weights.

Liz--Way to go on your 3 miles. I love your dancing smilies.

Tammy-
It is new to the club that I visited and my own club doesn't have one. It is really easy to get whipped! However, it seems to be like those stairclimbers (with revolving stairs that remind me of escaltors) they were so hard when I first started working out that I could only do 3 minutes, now I can do a lot more. Definitely a good workout and I hear that they use these to train firefighters!

I forgot to post:

80 minutes treadmill (6.75 miles, speed training with walk intervals)
20 minutes aerobics
