Cardio for me today, 25 minutes x-trainer, 15 minutes bike and 10 minute cool down on the TM followed by some stretches.
I also tried a piece of equipment last night (at a different gym for a fund-raiser) called "Jacob's Ladder". Man that was hard, I was whipped after 5 minutes!!!!
