I walked for 40 minutes this morning.

I went running this morning, 4.27 miles in 37:06. Thank goodness I made it out there before the storm started!

30 minutes on the treadmill. 1.29 miles. Incline 3.5.

I tried to get out of it, but seeing as it's December 1st, I didn't want a bad start to my December exercise challenge.
