Good morning!

I just finished my two mile, 30 minute walk.

Who else is out there already today?

Hi All, just off to the gym

30 minutes elliptical trainer, 10 minutes of ab work, 25 minutes of weights :)
 
Great job everyone!!!

I worked out this morning. 10 minutes on the Elliptical, 15 on the stairmaster (my knee started hurting, not a good sign) 32 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes of weights. Phew.....I am tired tonight!!!
 
45 minutes of weights, then an hour of kickboxing. It was so nice to get a real workout in!

Next?
 
I had two workouts today: thanks to my new super-cool Garmin Forerunner (a birthday gift from my wonderful DH), I have a complete GPS-accurate record of my run this morning: 4.27 miles in 36:18, average pace 8:30/mile, 512 calories. I even have lap times for each mile if you're interested... :p

I also worked out at Curves after work.

Anyone else for Monday?
 
I went to Curves in the afternoon and walked for a half of an hour on the treadmill in the evening.
 
Low-key workout Monday night. 6 miles on the bike in 28:10 and .5 mile on TM in 8:39
 
I did 4.5 miles on the TM this morning for a total of 60 minutes.
