Exercise thread for Monday January 22

I did the 30 minute walk and jog dvd with 5 lb weights and 100 sit ups.

Next????
 
40 minute weights/toning tape (the FIRM- excellent!) this morning at 5:00 am.

Am heading to the club for 50 minutes on the elliptical machine.

Whoooooo!:cool1: Who's next????
 
75 min walking/treadmill; 2 sets of weight machines; 75 min "living room aerobics" :yay:
 
one hour lifting weights, one hour on the treadmill
 

I went running in the morning, 4.26 miles in 38:42. I was planning on Curves after work, but an allergy headache ruled that out. :(
