Great for you! Mondays are hard for me, I go into the office very early (leaving in a few minutes, its 6:15 a.m. here!) and I usually don't get home until about 6 in the evening. Long day, and I'm tired when I get home. If I exercise at all its walking around downtown at lunch. I try to make up for it the rest of the week!
This morning I did 30 minutes of weights & 20 minutes of cardio. Last night dh & I went for a late night walk for 40 minutes. That gives me a total of 90 minutes. I'm trying to meet my goal this month.
I did 30 minutes of level 3 on the fancy stairmaster and sweat SO MUCH on my magazine I was trying to read that I thought I spilled water on it. I was going to also run for 30 min on the treadmill, but they were all down. I also did 30 minutes weights in the gym. Whew!
