This morning I did 35 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the stepper and 15 minutes on the cross trainer.

Who's next????
 
Went to the gym even though I didn't want to. Felt better afterwards. Did 25 minutes on machines and 45 minutes floor work, abs, weights. 1 more week till cruise and I only have 1 1/2 pds to go!!!

Lost 14 pds this year which is very good for me. Thanks for all your support.

I ran for an hour and 10 minutes this morning. It was my usual work out, but it was really hard for some reason. Oh well, my body has the weekend to recover, so Monday should be easier.
 

I did a firm tape this morning.

Anyone else?
 
Walked 3 miles with hubby!
