Went to the gym even though I didn't want to. Felt better afterwards. Did 25 minutes on machines and 45 minutes floor work, abs, weights. 1 more week till cruise and I only have 1 1/2 pds to go!!!

I ran for an hour and 10 minutes this morning. It was my usual work out, but it was really hard for some reason. Oh well, my body has the weekend to recover, so Monday should be easier.
