I haven't done any 'real' exercise in months - just what keeps me busy around here.
I'm trying hard and today got on my elliptical for 20 min - that's the length of it's preprogrammed workouts. Not much but a BIG start for me. I want to try to do it most every day now. Hopefully it will help the scale move faster at WW.
Bowling for 90 min this AM. Started the Couch to 5K program this afternoon with 10 min stretching, 30 min walking/jogging. The jogging is a big step up in pace for me, but I think my body has gotten too used to what I have been doing so I needed to step it up a little.
I need to get back to posting on this thread since we just post weekly totals now on the monthly exercise challenge thread. I don't get on line every day because once I get on I can't seem to get off! I'll do the best I can to keep up.
